We used the EV chargers right out front on our road trip and stopped in at this coffee shop today and it was so good!! I got the iced Salted Pumpkin and it's the best coffee I've had in a long time. The staff were all so sweet and the store was really cute. I'll definitely stop back in here on by next journey out this way!

What a find! I had noticed the pink car with COFFEE on it on my way east and made a mental note to stop by on my way back and I’m so glad I did! Soapweed is just past the 1950s diner. The woman who greeted me was so nice and made me feel welcome right away. The coffee was excellent and I had one of the best donuts I’ve ever had! The shop has perfectly curated items. I will definitely stop anytime I’m out this way!

This place is AMAZING! It’s like your favorite local coffee shop but by the freeway for road trips! Their breakfast sandwiches are so good. We ordered an extra as we knew it’d be the best food for hours! The teas are great too. And the gift shop is so nice. It didn’t feel tacky. Lots of fun little toys and gifts.

We stopped at this little coffee shop this morning on our way from MO to UT and I am so glad we did. It is a lovely place with friendly and fast service. I ordered the burrito and my husband ordered the biscuits & gravy, then we both ordered a Salt of the Earth coffee. The burrito was fabulous with egg, sausage, potato, green chili. My husband liked the biscuits & gravy and that’s saying a lot because he is super-particular. They also had the MOST fabulous hot sauce I’ve ever had. I’m hooked. We highly recommend stopping by here if you’re driving on I-70 through Flagler. You won’t regret it!!
